All goods sold through this site are sold as 'novelty goods'. The vendor cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by their use.

All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to us within 2 days of the delivery date.
All packages returned to our supplier undelivered will be subject to an additional charge before being re-shipped.

We cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information supplied during the checkout process. Returns policy general guideline:
Faulty goods – must be sent back to our supplier with a note stating the problem, and the order reference number for the original purchase. We will exchange the item for you, or credit your account if this is not possible. Unwanted goods - we do not operate a 'sale or return' policy. Any credit for goods returned as unwanted will be less a 25% restocking charge, subject to the following conditions:
The goods must be unused
The goods must be in their original condition & packaging
The goods must be received by us within 10 days from the day you receive your order
Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable
N.B. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable

You will be given a choice of delivery during the checkout process – please ensure you choose the correct shipping method.

Same Day Dispatch
We endeavor to ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 4pm. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day.

Not at home during the day?
No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. However, you can have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section.

Security
You will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. If you are out when the postman calls, don’t worry as you will be left with a card with details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you. Your parcel will be kept for 7 days and if not collected or delivered it will be sent back to us. If you would like us to re send your order we will regrettably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs.
